What is the R3 Academy?

R3 Academy for Dads of Healthy Relationships California (HRC) gives fathers the tools & skills to improve their relationships with their kids, co-parents, and co-workers. HRC has received Federal funding to conduct research and offer this workshop at no charge to participants in California. Workshops are available in-person, via zoom, and on-demand.

Dads, stepdads, father figures! At the R3 Academy you will learn:

 

  • Ways to CONNECT better with your kids!
  • Insights to IMPROVE all your relationships!
  • Tools to RESOLVE problems when they come up!
  • Tips to get a NEW job or a BETTER one!
  • Ideas to help your kids THRIVE in school & life!
This class has improved my emotional intelligence and close-ness with my kids. It has helped me to do more listening and less preaching. My kids trust me now more than before.
