Application Steps

R3 Academy for Couples

The Application process starts with an Eligibility Survey, which must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the start date of a Live or Livestream R3 Academy. On-Demand applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Enrollment is limited for Livestream and Live courses, and is on a first-come, first-served basis. NOTE: Please allow enough time for the Application process. It is a multi-step process with online forms and phone calls with an R3 Academy Participant Representative, and each member of a couple must complete the process for themselves. Enrollment in an R3 Academy cohort is not guaranteed until all steps of the Application process are complete.

In addition to the application process, participants in the free R3 Academy program are asked to prioritize consistent attendance and to assist HRC in our research study by completing a series of surveys, at Entrance, Exit, and Follow-up.

In appreciation for this participation, HRC offers three opportunities to earn gift cards for Kohl’s department store:

A $50 gift card for achieving at least 90% attendance;
A $25 gift card for participating in the Entrance and Exit Surveys (one card after both surveys are completed);
A $25 gift card for participating in the Follow-up Survey, conducted four months after your R3 Academy course ends.

Participants who maintain at least a 90% attendance record also qualify for On-Demand access to two supplemental Parenting programs: the 16-hour Raising World Class Kids course and the one-hour Parenting in the Digital Age workshop.

The R3 Academy Customer Service Line is available 24/7. Leave a message at (877) 989-7501 and a R3 Academy representative will respond within 2-business days.
