What is the R3 Academy?
R3 Academy for Dads of Healthy Relationships California (HRC) gives fathers the tools & skills to improve their relationships with their kids, co-parents, and co-workers.
HRC has received Federal funding to conduct research and offer this workshop at no charge to participants in California. Workshops are available in-person, via zoom, and on-demand.

At the R3 Academy dads learn…
This 12-session workshop gives all dads the practical tools and research-based teaching to overcome past hurts and difficult emotions. Fathers, and father-figures will learn skills that focus on:
- Ways to CONNECT better with your kids!
- Insights to IMPROVE all your relationships!
- Tools to RESOLVE problems when they come up!
- Tips to get a NEW job or a BETTER one!
- Ideas to help your kids THRIVE in school & life!

Healthy Relationships California (HRC) is currently conducting a study to understand how the R3 Academy for Dads benefits fathers. Participation in this research study is completely voluntary. Participants are compensated based on achieving attendance milestones and survey participation.
