R3 ACADEMY

Application Steps

Application

R3 Academy for Dads

The application process has four essential steps.

    • Step #1. Fill out and submit the Eligibility Survey, no later than 10 days prior to the workshop start date.
    • Step #2. Agree to the Privacy Statement sent via email. Expect at least 2 people to contact you prior to the email.
    • Step #3. Complete the Demographic Survey with a team member over the phone.
    • Step #4. Complete the Relationship Survey with a team member over the phone. (Steps 3 and 4 can be completed in the same call).

Live and Livestream workshops must have all steps completed prior to the workshop start date. Enrollment for these workshops is limited, and as such is on a first come, first-serve basis.

On-demand workshop applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Whenever you complete these steps, you will be able to enroll in one of our on-going workshops.

In addition to the application process, participants in the free R3 Academy program are asked to prioritize consistent attendance and to assist HRC in our research study by completing these surveys and Exit and Follow-up surveys.

In appreciation for this participation, HRC offers three opportunities to earn gift cards for Kohl’s department store:

^
A $50 gift card for achieving at least 90% attendance;
^
A $25 gift card for participating in the Entrance and Exit Surveys (one card after both surveys are completed);
^
A $25 gift card for participating in the Follow-up Survey, conducted four months after your R3 Academy course ends.
The R3 Academy Customer Service Line is available 24/7. Leave a message at (877) 989-7501 and a R3 Academy representative will respond within 2-business days.
